Brookline Investment Group invests and operates income properties in target markets across the United States. Since its founding in mid-2013, Brookline has acquired approximately 5,000 apartment units. A family office, Brookline is able to close quickly with completely discretionary capital. Brookline is targeting core, value-add and opportunistic acquisitions of multi-family and commercial properties.

Michael Narlinger
Michael Narlinger is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Brookline Investment Group. Prior to his founding of Brookline, Mr. Narlinger served as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Valutech Outsourcing, LLC, for nine years. During Mr. Narlinger’s tenure at Valutech, he successfully grew the startup company into one of the world’s leading re-manufacturers of wireless handsets. Mr. Narlinger has a BA in Finance from Villanova University (1985, 2016, & 2018 NCAA Men's Basketball National Champions), with honors.

Will Milligan
Will Milligan is President for Brookline and responsible for Acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, financing and operations. Prior to Brookline, Mr. Milligan was an Associate at MIG Real Estate responsible for underwriting, due diligence and market research as the company acquired nearly $500M across Office, Retail, Multifamily and Hospitality investments. During his tenure at MIG, Mr. Milligan also spent time with asset/portfolio level analysis and reporting. Mr. Milligan began his career in real estate with the Irvine Company’s Office Properties group. During his tenure with the Irvine Company, he worked as an analyst in the operations division and as an accountant. Mr. Milligan received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. He also holds a California Salesperson License and is an alumnus of the NAIOP Young Professionals Group.

Michael Tsujimoto is Vice President for Brookline Investment Group, assisting in financial reporting, underwriting, and operations. Prior to joining Brookline, Mr. Tsujimoto worked as a Controller in the manufacturing industry. Mr. Tsujimoto received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder’s Leeds School of Business with an emphasis in Accounting and an application in International Business.

Alex Lippert is a Vice President for Brookline Investment Group with primary functions in asset management, underwriting and financial reporting. Prior to joining Brookline, Mr. Lippert worked in both a sales and operations capacity at one of the nation's largest privately held lenders. Mr. Lippert received a B.S. in Business Administration from from the University of Colorado at Boulder Leeds School of Business with an emphasis in Accounting.

Matt Henkel
Matt Henkel is a Vice President for Brookline Investment Group and is the Asset Manager for the North and South Carolina assets. Prior to joining Brookline, Matt served as Vice President at One Real Estate Investment, where he served as a multifamily Asset Manager on the East side of the portfolio. Prior to OREI, Matt worked at Rialto Capital in their CMBS Performing Loans group as a special servicer. Matt graduated Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Science in Finance and earned his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
